From the Challenges page, click on the "Create a new Challenge" button, this will take you to a page where you can enter a few details about your Challenge.
A few of the details are pre-populated for you such as the "Open to", "Start date" and "End date". This opens the Challenge up to your whole team for two weeks from today. You are welcome to change any of these details and you can use the "Upload image" button to change the image used for this Challenge.

Enter a title for your Challenge and add a description and details that will help your colleagues understand what you are looing for from them. You can also add images or videos to your description by using the icon buttons in the toolbar.
The checkboxes at the bottom of the page give you a few options to customise the behaviour of this Challenge. You can feature this Challenge so that it shows higher up in the list of Challenges, or you can decide that Ideas added to this Challenge need to be moderated before everyone else can see them.
